If you are a regular reader of this blog or a number of blogs I have linked on mine, then you have probably already read the story of little Noah Lauer. The Lauers are good friends of our friends, the Snyder's and the Mohr's. If you have not read this heartbreaking story about Noah, click here to read it. He is a very sick little boy and needs your prayers. His parents, Josh and Deb, also need your prayers - whether you know them or not. Because of blog-world I know that hundreds of people can "gather" together to lift them up in prayer.
Sadly, we live in a fallen world. We are not promised life without suffering. However, God does promise to give us strength. Isaiah 40:29-31 says, "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Please pray that God will give Josh and Deb the strength to face each day.
