We are in a small group Bible study through our church. One of the girls is a pastry chef. She works for a bakery called Truffes. She occassionally brings us a treat to enjoy. Last night it was this yummy espresso cake! Wow! Coffee and chocolate - it doesn't get much better than that. I actually don't really like cake - but this has so many creamy layers that it just melts in your mouth.
