I can certainly attest to the amount of rain that fell on Fri. & Sat. up there . . . as well as this morn. (We drove home in a steady downpour until we got close to Effingham.) It's been many, many years since the whole Pumpkin Festival was almost washed out! What a mess it was. However, it was really nice that there was that window of time that the rain stopped on Sat. morn.- just long enough for the parade! My sisters & I quickly checked out the craft booths, but that was about it. <BR/><BR/>I'm sure Norah & Lucy loved the parade (I mean the candy!)!
